About Diana Bernal

Diana Bernal is a Leadership and Career Coach who guides women in their careers by helping them find the clarity, courage, and confidence to reach their goals. She delivers actionable insights through public speaking, workshops, and individual coaching engagements.

Diana brings a strong background in human resources, leadership development, recruiting, training, employee engagement, and nonprofit leadership. Her experience includes work with organizations such as the University of Southern California, the Los Angeles Philharmonic, and NPR’s LA flagship 89.3 FM. She also serves as a director for Lean In Latinas and was named a Top 50 Over 50 Leader by United Latinas.

Diana Bernal

Diana started her HR career in corporate recruiting, training, and employee engagement for Heller Financial (Fuji Bank), working in Chicago, NY, and LA. She’s also been a successful nonprofit director helping organizations become more effective, including the University of Southern California, Los Angeles Philharmonic, and NPR’s LA flagship 89.3 FM.

She serves as a director for Lean in Latinas, a nationwide professional development and networking group and is co-founder of the Los Angeles chapter. Diana serves on the DePaul University Parent Leadership Council and volunteers for Boys & Girls Club of Pasadena. Diana was recently named a Top 50 Over 50 Leader by United Latinas.

Diana received her B.S. in Management from DePaul University and her M.S. In Human Resources from Loyola University. She trained at the Center for Creative Leadership, in addition to Covey Leadership, Myers-Briggs, DiSC, and more. She was raised in Chicago and Puerto Rico and learned to navigate a multicultural world from an early age. Her consulting practice is based in Southern California with remote teams serving clients across the globe.
