ABOUT WIC WEEK
Women in Construction Week is an exciting annual celebration led by the National Association of Women in Construction (NAWIC), held during the first full week of March (March 1–7, 2026). This nationwide initiative shines a spotlight on the invaluable contributions, achievements, and growing presence of women in the construction industry.
At NAWIC Los Angeles, we proudly join chapters across the country in honoring the trailblazing women who build our communities—whether on job sites, in boardrooms, or through mentorship and advocacy. From community outreach and networking events to educational panels and volunteer activities, WIC Week highlights diversity, equity, and opportunity while inspiring the next generation of women leaders in construction.

Day OneStrong Communities
Join NAWIC Los Angeles and Orange County for a special WIC Week Community Service Event as we come together to give back and make a meaningful difference in our community. WIC Week is not only about celebrating women in construction, it’s about using our collective strength to support others, build connections, and create an impact that extends beyond the jobsite.

Join NAWIC Los Angeles and NAWIC Orange County for our Annual WIC Week Luncheon, bringing together women and allies from across the construction industry for an afternoon of connection, inspiration, and celebration. Day FiveBuilding A Stronger Swing
Join us for a fun-filled day on the green at the 3rd Annual Golf Tournament hosted by the National Association of Women in Construction - Los Angeles & Orange County Chapters!
